Daniel Patrick Baird - Owner
Dan Baird was the middle child of 3, and was born July 19th, 1983, a stroke before midnight in Quincy, Illinois (Definity making me a night owl for life). I graduated from QHS in 2002 and went into the Illinois Army National Guard Infantry Airborne unit in Bartonville, IL straight out of high school.
After the military, I then went to John Wood Community College where I got an associate degree in Fire Science. I later realized that my TRUE passion was in construction when I bought a house, and realized how passionate and skilled I was, SO I went on to start my own construction business, something I've done for 15 years now with Baird Construction!
My recent hobbies of mushroom farming made me even more fascinated with life in general and made me look even deeper into a holistic lifestyle, finding many health-related answers in nature itself. I have been medicated by western medicine for most of my life for my mental health, and never found the answers I was looking for until I stepped into the holistic medicine field. And now I hope to educate people on the power of mushrooms and herbal medicine, and showing people that nature provides everything we need.
